At Take Care LLC, we value every seat in our classroom. Because our sessions are intentionally small to ensure quality, hands-on instruction for every participant, the following policies are strictly upheld. Please read carefully before registering. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REFUND POLICY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ All sales are final. Take Care LLC values every seat in our classroom. Because class seats are limited to ensure quality training for every individual, refunds will not be issued once a registration is confirmed. Please ensure you are fully committed before reserving your spot. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ NO SHOW / NO CALL POLICY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ If you fail to attend your session without prior contact, you will be automatically withdrawn from the course and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. ⚠ Important: Calling the morning of your class, calling while you are running late, or arriving after class has begun is considered too late. This is a timed skills session — you are expected to be in the seat we held for you at the start of class. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RESCHEDULING POLICY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible. The following fees apply: • More than 7 days before the session → No fee • Within 7 days of the session → $20 rescheduling fee • Within 24 hours of the session → $30 rescheduling fee ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IF TAKE CARE LLC CANCELS YOUR SESSION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ In the rare event that Take Care LLC must cancel a scheduled session, we will reschedule your seat at no charge.
